Privacy at DATPOL FM

Contact form

We store your company name, contact details, location and requirements to respond to your FM service enquiry. These details are not added to a newsletter. Please do not include passwords, alarm codes or sensitive property documentation in the form.

Service portal

Accounts are created by a DATPOL administrator. You sign in with your email address and password; passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Activation links can be used once and expire after a limited period. DATPOL grants access to individual companies’ data. The portal stores property records, requests, plans, readings, costs, documents and change history. Users can view their assigned organisation’s data according to their role.

Storage and security

The service uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Document downloads are subject to access checks. The service does not add advertising trackers. Session and sign-in mechanisms are necessary for the portal to function.

Contact and your rights

For access to, correction or deletion of your data, contact biuro@datpol.com. Retention of client documentation is governed by the service contract and applicable record-keeping obligations. Sign-in sessions expire after 12 hours. Activation emails are sent from support@datpol24.com.
